Here goes, after waiting a couple of weeks for a decent day for pics, here are the shots of my WNW Tripe. Apart from my odd slip up, this was a straightforward build, with relatively easy rigging. I used Rowan's decals for the Black Sheep logo and serial numbers, and a bit of research (thanks again to Rowan for advice) on this airframe as it wasn't one of the WNW options.
PC10 was chosen over PC12 for purely aesthetic reasons.
I would happily do another one of these...

What an astonishing beauty she turned out to be, Ian! Your subtle weathering is spot on and overall finish is superb. Since I have one of these in the works, your build thread is a great help and inspiration.
Cheers,
Bud

Truly stunning modelling in every aspect. I do not think that these models are easy builds at all and to get one to this standard requires real skill. It looks almost real!

Love it! Thanx for sharing!

Very, VERY good build - this'll be one of those I refer to whence I finally get around to starting mine.
Great job.

That's lovely, Ian -
Each time see one of these completed, I'm getting more tempted ..................

Ian,
A strikingly beautiful model with absolutely superb detail......so clean! Your weathering on the lower surfaces is very well done also. The more I see of this one I'm more and more tempted to do another of these little beauties!
Very nicely done! 8)

Really nice job, Ian! 8) 8)
I especially like the close up shot of the cowling and engine (head on)...looks like it could be right at home at Shuttleworth.
Excellent finish...Dan

Thank you for all the comments folks. I do know myself where the assembly and painting faults are on this build, but overall I was very pleased with the results.
The fit of the wings is particularly noteworthy with this kit - the way the thick struts sit in place and the wing attachments, you cannot go wrong. No jig needed, as long as the bottom wing sits OK you're always onto a winner.
I deliberately chose a Black Flight option to have a cowling like this.

Hello Ian:
Outstanding workmanship Ian. I like the scheme and how your subtle weathering highlights the kit and adds interest to the model. I can see why you chose this scheme, not colorful, but interesting and striking.
Best

Ian,
A gorgeous Tripe and no mistake.
The glossy cowling does it for me as well as the subtle weathering - well done!

Marvellous tripe Ian. I particularly liked your interior, beautiful engine cowling, nice prop, but all parts are tremendous. Nice colors too. Many congratulations for this stunning build.
Kind regards

Wonderful Tripe, Ian! The PC10 is a nice change from the usual PC12 and looks
really good, as does the underside weathering. Beautifully done model!
Cheers,
Ernie :)
