Wingnut Wings Fokker E.III
«

Here are a few pics of my Wingnut Wings Fokker E.III. Mostly out of the box except for rigging and Gaspatch buckles. While not technically accurate, I went for a CDL look so I could play with shading among the ribs.
Happy Modeling- Jim Coatney

I like it, Jim! Your CDL is masterfully done and your weathering is brilliant.
Cheers,
Bud

A real man-of-war! Castor oil stains are very convincing. A very fine model all around. Thanks for sharing!

Hello Jim:
Nice to see this one on the forum as well. As in your Gotha, outstanding workmanship. As has been mentioned, the oil stains on the cowling, the weathering on the wings, all make for an outstanding build.
Best

A pleasure to view Jim! Great CDL replication, shading, and weathering all combined in one very fine Model.
