Thanks Alexis,
Bit further on,
I finished the (resin) engine... bit of a half hearted attempt if I’m being honest, but again, looks ok at viewing distance.
I’m drilling the rigging holes - All are usefully marked with a small indentation - with the exception of the holes that allow the rigging to run through the centre wings. If they’re not exact, then there’ll be a change of angle in the rigging as it passes through. I can’t really work out how I can place these with any precision. If I guesstimate then they’ll be off for sure!
Finally, there’s a lot of PE that gets glued to external areas of the aircraft. I just know these will get knocked off/ pulled off (masking) after painting which will give me a real headache
Any ideas to help?
Guy
Ps I’ve looked at the Wingnut rigging diagram - but that’s no help (although it does show a load more rigging than the Eduard instructions!)
Pps I’ve just realised I’ve placed the cowling slightly askew - the air holes at the base should be offset from the central line
mine are centralised...
