    I can see the light at the end of the tunnel ! the guns and telescopic gun site are mounted . Today I`m working on the struts so I hope to have the top wing on by Tomorrow :).

I have to confess my ignorance as I don't understand the funny black stripes on the upper wing, top and bottom. I thought they were some sort of personal/ tactical marking that had worn off, but it is strange to me to see the same pattern on the lower side of the upper wing too... Can you fill me in

  From what I understand . It was a tar like paint to make a strong bond to keep the lozenge from tearing .
