Beautiful job! I love that color scheme, it never appealed to me in profiles, but seeing it "in the flesh" is a whole 'nother matter.

Outstanding Albatros, Rob. Perfectly aligned, nicely detailed, and your colors look like an excellent match for the swatches published by the late great Dan San-Abbott. Having used it, do you find the Quinta propeller decals a good value? I must admit that although I bought their 1/32nd set for the Fokker Dr.I I've been quite hesitant to invest in the 3-D interior/textured surface decal craze because I fear that it could become a very expensive rabbit hole.

Even though I build in 1/72nd, I really like 1/48th scale kits.  You kit is outstanding as to the detail you have added and very clean build.  Excellent work.

Wonderful work Rob, on a favourite D.II scheme of mine. I also like the extra touches you added with the control surface offsets and aileron actuators, they certainly add to the realism of the end product.

Well done!

Cheers,

BC
