Excellent work - the worn look is superb - I also like the seat cushion.

Bertl,
Wonderful presentation of "wear and tear" seat cushion alone deserves a medal, and the prop is magnificent; I could go on and on. Truly a work of art and, overall, an outstanding model, you should be very proud of your skills!
Cheers,

Bertl, that is probably the most realistic model of a First World War subject I have ever seen. The level of detail, the accuracy and the finesse of finish is breathtaking!

I followed your build like so many others with complete awe. You have set a standard that I will never meet! In one of my posts I suggested a glass display case and insurance to protect your work of art and I think it is worthy of that. God forbid a speck of dust or curious hands touching it!
We await your next project!
I think we need a salute emoticon for you...
