Caudron G.IV walk around
« on: March 20, 2015, 11:08:19 PM »
Here is a small cross section of some of the research photos that I took of the Caudron G.IV at the Udvar-Hazy Center. Special thanks to the curatorial staff at the NASM for allowing me access. Hopefully these images can be useful for some of you artists, modellers and historians.

Thanks for the wonderful photos, Russ!  Gonna have to scratch build one of these.  Such a cool looking ship.

Russell,
Again, thanks so much for uploading and posting these!  They will be very useful. I find the light blue finish on the metal parts interesting. I wonder if the greenish hue/shade is due to the yellowing of some kind of overcoat, or just a shift over the years due to exposure, etc.?
