Some time ago I began to build the Rumpler C IV about the Observer OLt von Pechmann. Because the planet instructions is bad, so I use too the WNW instructions. The two Windssock Datafiles Nr 35 and 149 also on board.
I need also the correct Serial Number of this aircraft! Does anyone know this?
Here are the pictures from beginning. :-X
-
now the next Pictures.
-
The next. Many of the engine and inside is scratch build.
-
Here are the struts corrected and glue on the underwing.
-
Now is the aircraft in my selfbuild rig.
-
Here I am rigging. :-X
-
Rigging complete and the side ruder is glue.
-
Isn't this shaping up beautifully radio? I've never been one for adding aircrew to my models, but I have to admit that your including a pilot certainly adds a new dimension to things and is impressive.
Best wishes
Nigel

Radio,
Outstanding works my friend.
Highest Regards,
Gregory Jouette
-
Yes Nigel this is nice. The aircrew is from Hecker & Goros a German work shop.
-
Beautiful work, Martin! I've got this kit in the stash, so I'll be taking notes. Hecker & Goros also have an observer figure standing in the firing position. Will you be adding that one, as well?
Cheers,
Bud
-
Yes Bud
but it will be one of the last. These two men are in one kit, I think they where for the old Eduard Hannover.

Standing on it without axle and tyre. Now all on top it will go than slowly.
-
Wonderful work, Martin! I am dumbfounded by the excellence of
your modelling in such a small scale. I look forward to more examples
from you.
Cheers,
Ernie :)

The Rumpler stands now on its weehls. I have the axle fixed with thin rubber. Also make a comparsion between the orginal and change figure. The MG is from Karaya.

Martin the machine-gun is superb, a real jewel! The Rumpler
is really coming together now and looking absolutely great. It's
neat to see the pilot aboard, something not often included. Keep
up the good work, my friend.
