Nice to hear from you Mark, I always wanted to see the
Great Lakes. I envy you. The closest I ever got was
flying over Lake Ontario, when I went to Chicago, on
route to Texas a few years ago . . Impressive  :)
Getting closer to completeing the old girl, but still a few
bits to do, and get the thing on a base of sorts.
Take care Mark . .  8)

All the very best

wonderful...
I see a change in the blue between the last two images... it's just matter of light in the picture?

here in italy should be deep springtime, but it's still windy and pretty cold, I hope in the next days in an improvement... otherwise no tomatoes this summer :-[

Yep 8) Its also a wee bit of . . In the sun the blue paint, applied
by the groundcrew in Iraq, would fade more on the top wing than
the bottom wings (in shade), and the slot, being up front, would
tend to be more sand blasted and faded than the surface behind it.
I have tried to do this by adding tiny bits of white to the top, and
a wee bit grey to the lower wings . . .  ;)
Or so the theory goes . . . . Plus I think one was by flash and the
other was by a 100w lamp   8)

A bugger to fit though.

Have a great week lads and all the very best

Dave,
The more I look, the more I'm completely in awe of the deatail and quality you've achieved on this project. Magnificent!
Tell me about the spoked wheels, I looked back quickly and couldn't find any info.............after market or your own doing?
As some of the Fellows would say, I'm gob smacked! :o
