Last week I picked up a few used kits/spare part kits. Flashback Berg D.I, Fokker D.II, Neuiport 17c.I, FE.2b, and Avro 504 zeppelin hunter. The Aeroclub FE.2b is brand new and traded it to another member. The N.17 is profie version. A really nice kit. Please tell me someone makes a better Lewis gun for it.  8)

I just got a box of kits from Ukraine, luckily the Russians have not blockaded their post office!
Mostly WW1 stuff, a 1/48 scale Roden Junkers D.1 long tail, 1/48 Adler Pfalz E.V, 1/35 Roden Rolls Royce 1914 armored car, and a bunch of ICM 1/35 figures, including German Stormtroopers, French-German war French Line infantry (should be easy to convert to 1914 French infantry) Austro-Hungarian infantry weapons and Russian Infantry weapons.

I got three Hobby Craft 1/32nd scale kits off Ebay.  I already have two of the Nieport 17, and two of the Spad XIII, so one more each of those, but, the big news is I got the coveted and much sought after Clerget Camel!!  Not a bad kit, especially when compared to their early offering.  This was a three kit deal and I think with postage the total came to $70.00 and change U.S.  I can sell the other or give them to the club for door prizes.  I am happy with the deal, now for some neat markings for the Camel.  Hmmmmmmmmm.

Latest addition to my Sanke collection

I shall never forget my admiration for that German pilot, who single handed, fought seven of us for ten minutes. I saw him go into a fairly steep dive and so I continued to watch, and then saw the triplane hit the ground and disappear into a thousand fragments...James McCudden
