You are a brave man to be so far away from your preferred scale Antonio, three little beauties resulting from your skills. I left 1:48 Scale for 1:32 when I found the former too small to work with, I can't begin to imagine working in 1:144!
Cheers,
Lance

 Antonio,
I could agree more with Rick. A tip of the hat to you on such outstanding work my old friend.

Dear Lance  and Gregory, thanks for the kind words, indeed the result is satisfying to me seen the difficulties I encountered in this walk out of my comfort zone!

As I said I will take the three microplanes to the finish line as fast as possible, but I am not so pleased by this build, the difficulties were far above the fun and enjoyment, that's why I decided not to rig or maybe rig them in a simple way I have not yet in my mind...

Yes my comfort zone is 1/48, then I would say even 1/72 is a "borderline" experience...

OK thanks again and stay tuned!

Antonio

Good job, Antonio!

I understand the decision not to rig them, as this is a very challenging task in this scale in case of a kit - I had to develop a special method for my scratchbuilds to be able to rig them and it basically requires building the plane twice.

Cheers

Thanks Ondra for taking time to comment,
as I said your ideas about rigging are very good and your skills are far beyond mine! So I am not able to follow your way.
I will see if I can find an easier (although less goodlooking) way.

Thanks Rick, you're always so kind!

Hallo friends,
I worked a few hours during the weekend and I managed to finish my second Hanriot trio, dedicated to the 78th Squadriglia, I decided not to rig them because my thick fingers were too clumsy to manage the wires around the struts and the risk was to break things, so here they are, I know they're imperfect but I think all in all the overall effect is not that bad!

Should WNW ever produce a 1/32 HD1 I would indeed buy the kit!

Here they are on the ground:

Let's go with Fucini's 12 skulls plane:

Nardini's little devil mount:

Here's Chiri's black tail:

(sorry for this photo out of focus...)

Later I'll post the photos with the details of each pilot in the "SHow us your... " thread

Thanks for watching

Antonio

Amazing!  Very nicely done.

Nice to see some Italian WWI schemes.

Thanks Rick, I will borrow the giant hand Ondra uses in his builds to show how small they are!!!

Thank you Giuseppe!
In Italy today is your "name-day" i.e. when St. Joseph is celebrated!
