Ford Model T Speedster 1913

Today I was able to finish my third Ford Model T Speedster. The kit is ICM in 1/24.
By the way, the steering wheel is made from real wood :)

I have no confirmation, but one can assume that this car was used by a pilot in WWI, from the time it could match. So this model could be part of the group build. But I was to late.

It was a mostly oob build, and I like the result. I hope you will like it too 8)

Cheers,
Frank

Very clean build, Frank.  Nice trio of Fords.
What did you use for the brass parts, Alclad?

Thank you my friends!
The Fords are built during the last years for fun, mostly oob. The ICM kit is nice. With adding a special sprue to the main kit they have created a lot of variants, see "Product timeline" here:

What did you use for the brass parts, Alclad?
Brass is a bit bit problematic. Alclad has a polished brass, but this needs to be sealed. Otherwise you can remove it with finger touch. Another one is pale gold, this don't need to be sealed. But my pale gold has shown a reaction inside the bottle after some years, but if I mix both mentioned paints, it works and don't need to be sealed ;)
Sometimes I mix also MRP brass into it, this is very yellow.

Cheers,
Frank
