Don't feel so alone now  ;) I heard that Aixfix's Blenheim is a pretty good kit . Which show was this ?

 :)

All the new Airfix releases are excellent.  I also recently got their new 1/72 Dornier Do 17Z and it's a beauty.

The show was in Port Clinton, Ohio put on by the Toledo IPMS chapter.

Just received a parcel from England, it contained three tweezers. They are from Wilder and all three are non-corrosive, anti-magnetic, acid resistant stainless steel. I purchased these from The Airbrush Company - www.Airbrushes.com

Those look very nice, Des! My tweezers are my most important tool, bar none. I've had the same two pairs for over twenty years!

It's going on 35 years that I have been using my old tweezers George, they are worn out from being filed down to many times, it was time I changed them. I used the new ones today and they are brilliant for doing my rigging.

The Last Cavalry in the States has Wilder stuff. I wondered what they were like. Those curved tweezers look interesting. Might try a set of those maybe.

Meanwhile from BNA in Australia I got some small rivets that might work with Bo's engines. They look like bolts to me though. Man they are microscopic.

I felt that I needed a short break from Things and have had great fun building a new Airfix Defiant straight from the box. Paradoxically, I'm enjoying much less their Gloster Gladiator; it looks like I need to do biplanes in other scales! But anyway, I have a Taube now to tax my brain

Best wishes
Nigel

Bo, they had larger ones also. I guess I will order them. I thought these might be of interest to you.

Good one, Ian!  That's a great kit.  Looks like Freightdog has them on sale now.  Huge discount.
Cheers,
Bud

They do indeed - I like the 504 and there'll be a few summers go by before we see a WNW kit (I reckon) so I took this offer whilst it was open...

Well, you won't be disappointed, Ian.  I love Blue Max kits and the 504 is one of their best.

Bud

I had to go to London for work, yesterday. Oh how I detest that place! At least calling in at Hannants, on the way back to civilisation, helped me to get over the trauma..

That's a great collection of products Verbeek, looking forward to seeing the diorama you are going to use them in.
