In the true style of a London bus here comes the third one.
The scheme I shall be doing is the Elephant scheme.
after several hours of painting I finally have started to get to the assembly stage
Engine - combination of Vallejo and Tamiya metallics, with Tamiya Intermediate blue thrown into it to add more colour. Washes were Vallejo paint just for a change.
Cockpit to date
I couldn't stomach the green belts, I didn't have the paint colour anyway. however I did have an abundance of linen coloured paint.
I've painted all the wing undersides. What I tried to do is pre shade colour variations by first priming with black the adding highlights with grey and then white. Then I overpaint the base colour. I will add a final brown oil filter once I have the fuselage colour on.
