The Copper State Models Caudron G.III has arrived

Copper State Models' latest kit release, the 1/32 Caudron G.III landed at the Forum yesterday and it's gone straight to the top of the kit review list.



I'll have a review uploaded in the next day or so but initial impressions are: Wow! This is a state of the art kit and a worthy successor to Wingnuts in design and engineering quality. We don't do Kit of the Year but if we did I'd say the Caudron would get my vote.

Anyone who's unsure whether to order a Caudron can be assured this is a real treasure and a must-have for large scale WW1 modellers.

This kit is absolutely stunning, I just received mine today. I hope that CSM put more emphasis on 1/32 airplanes and get us more frequent surprises with new releases for this year

Edgard, it looks gorgeous, and I had no doubt it was. Even if my budget has been considerably lowered by unexpeted expenses this is on top of my shopping list. Just waiting it's showing up at local hobby shops, as ordering from abroad (also receiving non commercial parcels...  :-[ ) has becomen troublesome to say the least. Anyway, (well deserved) congratulations on your new release and long live to CSM!

Inspirational work. I have pulled my kit out to start working on it.

Do you know what colour the blue is that Oleg is using?

I have tried a couple of Tamiya enamels but the colours just dont look right.
