Manni

this is at least the last ten years I started the collection
and this has accelerated since I retired.
There are by the way models that I have to restore or improve

But the most funny is that I'm mostly a model maker of wooden boats (another passion) and models vintage cars 1 / 24ou 1/25 (I built over 90 models)
+collection of Dinky Toys........

At the moment I realized the model of an Italian school boat 3 masts scale 1 / 100
the 'Amerigo Vespucci'

I begin to run out of space  :)

These models are truly wonderful. The amount of detail that you have put in is amazing, but best of all are the finishes.

When I was very young my elder brother made me two aeroplanes from wood and paper, probably in a similar manner to yours. He too had to build up the wings from spars and ribs, fuselages with stringers and formers etc - it was so interesting to watch. Seeing these and knowing something about how they are made  makes me appreciate your incredible skill even more.

Stephen.

Amazing collection.  :)
Your words about retirement, which gave you more time to modeling, made me very pleased  ;D
From January 2017 I can retire and my magazine with models I have very big.  ;D

Really!!?  I would think that would've happened long ago!  What a magnificent collection of truly remarkable models, Bruno!  Each one a museum piece.  I'm truly in awe of what you've presented us with.
Cheers,
Bud

Bonjour a tous

thank you very much for all your kind messages
This collection will serve at least since I was asked to present the (at least partially) during an exhibition devoted to the anniversary of the Armistice of November 11, 1918, in a village near my home, in Belgium (I live  close to the border Belgian)
Also I have some knowledge in WW1 aviation
Therefore at  your disposal if I can help.
You will find me on the ww1 forum Theaerodrome under the pseudonym 'froggy'

Cordialement
Bruno
