Referance questions

Hi everyone. I just ordered the Windsock DH.2 and Gotha books. My question is, are there any other good refs for either of those a/c out there? I havent had much luck googling books for them.
Next question is, does anyone know where to buy Above Ypres: The German Air Force in Flanders 1914-1918?
I had bought it and a few weeks later got a refund and told it was out of stock. I have only found a copy on Amazon.uk and they wont ship to Canada. None on ebay and none in Chapters. Its a new book so I dont understand why it is so hard to get.

Above Ypres is an excellent book. I ordered mine from Amazon November 2013. I don't know why it is so hard to find now. Puzzling....
