Hansa Brandenburg W 29 Pegasus 1:72

Hi folks,this is Marinenummer 2516 ,the mount of Ltn Haase and vizeflugmaat Götze,based at Borkum seaplane station in 1918.Together with Jorgos 2290 and others she 'll be part of the dio currently on my bench.







The two beautiful sisters in all their glory !

Tremendous. Got to admit I was not aware of the non white background to the wing crosses. Does the same apply to W12 and W19 aircraft late in the war  ?

Thanks to all for the compliments! @Steve: as far as I know non-white backgrounds were applied when the insignia were altered in the field, changing from early iron cross to straight cross,or broad straight cross with thick white boarders to narrower cross with thinner white boarders.@ Manni: I 'll try to post some pics now and then,but I have to focus on building .Keep an eye on the diorama section !
