Just question about top wing on SE.5a - what materials were used for the middle section? Im getting very confused from internet pictures and I can't anything that would prove anything (well, at least to my eyes)... Thanks for any help in advance!!!!

Your fuselage wood work looks outstanding! You are already tempting me to pull out my WNW SE5a
As for the wing structure I will do a little digging but my instinct says ply covered with fabric. I could be very wrong so Again I will look at some reference books
