Pfalz Dr.I was next prototypes still a small series of about 10 airplanes built and used at least in the Jasta 73.
This aircraft has the serial number 222/17 and was flown from Ltn. Fritz Anders. Whether he scored victories I do not know.
The model is no longer manufactured by Copper State Models at the time and is a resin kit in 1:48 scale.
In addition, there are several other parts are used as the MG`s from Gas Patch, engine of Karaya and still up some of the grab bag.
An amuntion box and ground is already prepared.
With a fuselage shell I have the Resin thinned and started the hood to change.

In the short square by 0.5 mm plastic strip the frames adds. Also, the tank was indicated by plastic residues.

The belts are attached.
The fuselage together and glued the bottom surface with the body part.
Then plastered all front and made a hole for the engine.
Sanded once more the hood inside.
For the driving force behind the push rods 0.3mm holes drilled, sanded lightly midsection in the cylinder area, truncated cylinder in 5,4mm and glued to the housing part. Then primed.
Etched glued to the fuselage and left Elevator.

Motor mixture intake pipes rear mounted.
22 push rods from 0.25mm brass wire cut with 8 mm length, straight and rolled glued to the engine front.
Hull sanded finish. Made holes for the bracing wires and longitudinal holes for the MG-mount.
Right elevator, rudder and medium wings attached with the external pursuit to the fuselage.
The gas patch MG`s used as pattern to produce the belt-fed and sleeve dissipation. These are great and are later used as the model.
A box is 10mm square.

MG`s and tO / transfers painted and finished.
Turnbuckle and eyelets used to the hull, and made flexible turnbuckles.
Engine painted and finished.
Wings and fuselage primed.
