The paint job is awesome - something to aspire to for when I eventually do some hand painted modelling, though I'll never reach your lofty heights
The technique for the prop is outstanding - you have a very good eye and steady hand!!

Honestly, brush painting is not as difficult as you think - just thin the paint and build up in layers.
