Thanks Des. For all those interested lets see when we get to 1000 members on the forum. We currently have 112 to go. Pick the date you think we will hit 1000. The closest to the mark wins a yet to be determined prize. First come first serve on the dates. One date per person and one person per date. I will get Des to confirm the winning date based on his time zone (ok with that Des?) Good luck!!

Thanks Steve - Very kind of you to offer a prize, David Wilson has agreed to add a 1:48 scale and 1:32 scale kit to the prize and i will throw in a 1:32 scale kit as well, so who ever is going to pick the date will get a nice surprise, get in early to register your date and good luck everyone.

The official date will be Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time and the result will be posted when the magical figure is reached.

My guess would be 18th April.

It will be in the range between 11th and 23rd of April, based on some statisics. If you take a look at the memberslist and the date of acceptance you see that the growth rate per 90 members since July ranges between 32 and 46 days with an average about 40 days for 90 new members. We have 112 to go, starting from 26 February.

This means I am sure we will reach it in April, my guess would be the second half.

Now Des had the possibility to influence this date of course, because he is admitting new members
