I got inspired by Rick's BoB builds recently and I didn't have a Bf109 in my collection, so I picked this up.
It's the weekend edition Eduard Bf109, kit #84157, built out of the box. I used AKI lacquers, mostly. I do think their RLM02 is far too green, but I used it on the exterior, with a grayer color on the interior surfaces. I was very impressed with the level of detail and the decals.

Great job, Ken, the colors remind me of the one I built a lifetime ago from the Revell 1:72 3-in-1 BoB box set. Beautiful build of an iconic fighter.
