That now makes 13 kits gone to the Sold Out list, but as all the Wingnut kits are limited edition they will all end up here one day, some sooner than others.

Damn, waited too long. I knew I should have gotten one sooner. At least I just got the W-12 from SWMBO this past Friday for my birthday. I have a feeling the W-12 or the Albatros D.Va OAW will be the next one/ones to sell out.

Totally out of character for me, I actually got one and it's safely "stashed away"! As Des has pointed out, given they are all limited editions it's not "if", it's "when"! ;)

Well that is extremely provoking,it never occurred to me that this would sell out any time soon,it's not like you see many built examples, that's the third intended purchase I've missed, the HB and Fokker-built DVII being the others.Time to splurge on a few before this happens again, now where did I stash that crystal ball?

Phew! Me too!  Goodness knows when it's turn will come, but at least it
is safe and sound in the stash!

Cheers,

Not what I expected to be the next to sell out at all! It seems that some of the 2 seaters must have a smaller production run than other kits? Who knows  ??? The SE5a, RFC Pup, Pfalz and I think the Junkers are the oldest kits left are they not? Throw in the Gotha also and those would have been my guesses for selling out soon. Shows what I know  :o

No I didn't expect this one to be the next to sell out, fortunately I got one some time ago.

It naturally prompts the 'which one next' speculation. Although I don't expect they'll be next to go I think I'll get a Fokker E.IV & another Roland C.II sooner rather than later.

Would I be right in thinking that the number of available different kits has diminished over the last 12 months?

Russell

It certainly has dimished over the past three months.  The Alb. Fokker D.VII and the D.VIIF went away in December.  The Hanover went away in January.  During that same time we picked up two (2): The post war Ninak and the Albatros B. 11.
