It's been awhile since I popped in here..
« on: April 27, 2017, 02:36:02 PM »
I almost forgot I had a membership here and just always seemed to look in without logging in.

There's lots going on here, I'm blown away. Much gas changed.

Those here who who know me, know I hang out mostly on LSP because I build almost exclusively in 1/32, which to me is the ideal scale for WW1 aircraft, and am a good way through an epic WnW early Felixstowe build over there.
Pheon decals, Aviattic linen effects decals, etc, it's been a year so far.
The 150 or so WW1 kits in my stash are screaming for attention.
Lately, I've been picking up some of the great AFV, Takom, and resin kits available of WW1 armor, field guns, aircraft service equipment, and trucks. I also like finding and building WW1 aviators in 1/32.

I'm looking now for an RNAS crew for my big boat, with little success so far.

Anyway, it's good to be back..

Ernst

Welcome back Ernst, looking forward to seeing your Felixstowe build. Like you I have also been collecting WW1 armour and artillery, I have also purchased some trucks and buses as well as trams, my stash has now grown out of all proportions  ???

I hear you Des. I picked up a Tommy's War Crossley, and with the Aviattic RFC trailer, I might have finally found a spot for an RE.8 that took a swan dive off the shelf...
