Very nice model, Toby
You do a great job.
Only point I have it that IMHO the exhaust is a bit too red, but that could be caued by the camera.
Cheers,
Manni

Thanks Manni, Bud and Des
The recommended colour is russet and in real life it's not as red as it appears. I may tone it done with some weathering though.

Looks sweet, Toby.  Take your time on the rather confusing (to me) wing attachments.  I messed mine up and ended up scratching a few struts and using a foam-board jig to help with alignment.

Neat build!

Thanks Dan.
I have been looking long and hard at that aspect of the build and have yet to formalise a  definitive plan. As my Dad told me time spent in reconnaissance is seldom wasted and he should know as he spent most of the war flying around at night in a PBY5 ;D

Beautiful work, Toby!  Looks as though the decals settled nicely over the corrugations.
Cheers,
Bud

As always 100% agreement with my Amigo!

Decals now on the fuselage. There are a lot of other stencils included but no where on the instructions as where to put them. Usually Eduard are fairly good in this respect. Research is now needed to find out where they should go. I took one of the water pipes off as it's going to need fettling for it to fit the wing radiator again another unusual error from Eduard.

Beautiful work Toby.
It's impressive to see how big is the engine with respect to the pilot seat!

Coming on very nicely. It should be a very impressive addition when finished!

That looks very nice. The W20 was ugly in some ways but it also had a strange appeal - yours certainly will.

Thanks all. Lower wing now attached with the struts. This is not the easiest of tasks and I've got one slightly out of alignment but hopefully it won't affect the build. One thing I've noticed is that a lot of the PE stuff is also available in plastic and I have been using those where I can.

I have also fitted the rear seat M/G mounting ring.
