Interior now finished and will close up. The engine is only dry fitted and I will install after spraying. I didn't go the whole hog with the belts by attaching them to the seat framework but  stuck them to the side  as it won't be visible when seen from outside.

In my enthusiasm to get a smooth finish I sanded off the inspection cover underneath so had to fit a new one.

Just noticed that when I closed up the fuselage the central instrument has gone missing!!  ::) Time to inspect the carpet.

Dry fitting of the bottom wing is a nice and snug.

Fantastic work so far, Toby!  I'll be following with great interest.  I've got the dual combo and you've just pushed it closer to the front of the queue.
Cheers,
Bud

Glad to read that others have to inspect the carpet periodically…. This is coming on really well - you certainly know how to make first class biplanes.

Life is now back to normal so work can resume. Prop painted Mr Color wood brown and a top coat of Vallejo woodgrain and first coat of Misterkit doped linen has gone on to the main body and wings.

Quite unusal to see the Fokker shape in linen instead of being very colourful, covered in camouflage fabric, or green-over-blue LVA colours :) Neat! :)

Tail on and radiator painted and fitted. I used Mr Hobby copper for the rad along with Vallejo aluminium.  I've always been a fan of Vallejo and Mig Ammo but I'm very impressed with Mr Color paints. Easy to use and a good range available especially with Eduard kits. I still use Misterkit as the colours are excellent but they are not as easy to apply as the other ones I've just mentioned.

As can be seen I've drilled the holes for the minimal rigging required.
The elevator and aileron horns were fun to fit.......not.
Good news is I found the missing instrument from the carpet and have fitted that. It's not perfect but a lot better than an empty space.
I'm not a religious person but thanks were said to the modelling gods on finding it.  :)

Most of fuselage now finished with exhaust and M/Gs attached.
Time to start on the top wing and struts although I'll probably apply decals to fuselage before that.
