Nice one Manni   - duty comes before all else eh? ;)

Managed to get mine just before the big price increase at Hannants  :D like you I'm glad I bit the bullet before it was too late.

I've been bad... very bad. I resolved to actually finish a model this year instead of getting distracted 3/4 of the way through. Then I saw this and I couldn't believe the price.

Yes, there's been some great pricing on some Takom kits lately :)

For NZD$83.90 it was't staying in the shop. Now I need to resist the urge to put the current project aside (1/16 Entex Ford T van) and rip into the Renault...

I thought I had better grab another one of these just in case they are heading for the sold out list.

I love the FWD. Somewhere I have photos of a real one, in a museum in France. Let me know if you want me to send them to you

Just succumbed to a WNW D.Va (OAW) for the stash as theyre low stock and I *coughs* had to test the Weta service.

Ordered on the 19th near midnight and I got it today on the 23rd so I can't complain  ;)
Box was a bit squished but no damage done.  Only  pain was getting the confirmation email with the VAT added... lol.  Somehow the old way (Apart from being fleeced by Parcelforce) eased the blow as it was paid seperately.

That said Unless something I really want is forthcoming from WNW I doubt I'll be buying any other old stock.  I'm just a sucker for Albatros D series craft.

I was running a little low on the Modelkasten 0.13mm elastic rigging line so I purchased another two rolls, can never have enough of this fantastic product. I also purchased the Resi-Cast 1:35 scale WW1 vintage GS Wagon Mk X, it is an all resin kit and from my initial inspection of the box contents it appears to be a real beauty, next I will be ordering the two horses that match with the wagon. Both the wagon and the elastic rigging line came from BNA Model World, an excellent on line shop with very good prices and cheap postage.
